1. Custom Delivery/Pick-up
Priced based on geography and time/distance from our standard locations. Delivery/Pick-up options include:
- To a campsite
- To the airport
- To your home
2. Pre-paid Final Sanitation/Cleaning & Waste Evacuation
We handle full exterior/interior cleaning after your return. You may elect to return the rig fully cleaned and sanitized to waive this fee.
Cleaning averages 8 labor hours, and waste flushing requires specialized tools and 1.5 hours. Service is included but itemized internally for tracking.
3. Executive Return
We refill diesel, propane, and potable water, and dump waste so you can return without errands. Diesel and propane are deducted from your deposit and itemized on your final bill.
Finding fuel and water can be difficult in some regions. $115
4. Pet Allowance
Bring your pet (some exclusions apply). Covers enhanced cleaning. Long-hair heavy-shedding pets may require an additional $150 deposit. $70 per week (pets under 45 lbs).
5. Advance or Extend Your Trip (1–2 Days)
If your unit is unbooked before or after your dates, start early or extend for 24% off the daily rate. Please inquire 21 days prior. Average $275 per added night.

October–February only. Solar or Non-Solar.
Out Friday 10 am / Back Monday 10am. SS Agile & RS Adventurous XL only.
Complimentary Reno + Marin (San Rafael). SFO +$195.

7. Priority Departure Time
Ensure a 7:30–9:30am departure when available. $175 Locations: Bay Area, LAX, SNA, LGB, RNO, SLC, BZN, PHX
8. Late Return Time (All Locations)
Return between 4–6pm instead of 11am when available. Not available on same-day turns. $195–$375

10. “24/7” Help Line & Roadside Assistance
After-hours mobile support and Sunday access. $25/night
11. Priority Unit Assignment
Guarantee the nicest, newest unit available. Specific-unit requests cost an additional 10%. $500/day. SUBJECT TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY. BOOK EARLY!!!
