We service 28 locations in the 11 western United States. We have locations in Northern and Southern California, Reno and Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Pocatello, Idaho; Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Bozeman, Montana, West Yellowstone, Montana; Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington. We conduct our two hour orientation at the actual airports or just adjacent to the airport.
If you prefer a custom departure location such as Aspen, Snowmass, etc., just send us an email and we will relay the costs to you. A custom return location also incurs CARRIAGE FEES. We drive the coach to your location, we use transportation to return our orientation guides to the standard location. Often they UBER, then fly back after conducting your orientation. Upon your return, the same is true. NON-standard locations ADD COST! This is BEST USED for trips of 4-8 weeks for that reason. BUT, we will do our best to accommodate you. So let us know “your ideal” departure and return locations.
Carriage Fees involve miles to and from our standard locations. MILES MATTER and MILES are the single most significant cost in the rental of high end motorhomes. Every 100 miles will add driver time($65 per hour, ride-share, possible other transit(flight for driver return, or car rentals) and a base motorhome mileage cost of $225. Please inquire — we will give you the exact cost for the carriage fees (CUSTOM DELIVERY).
