She delivered the RV where it was most convenient for me (Reno Airport), went over all the operating details, and then met me in Mill Valley for the return. I needed 2 bikes and a rack and she provided them. Everything was seamless and she always went out of her way to accommodate whatever I needed. Plus, the luxury RoadTrek was a pleasure to drive and lots of amenities were thoughtfully provided… things like a super comfortable mattress, down comforter, primo sheets, a great A-V system, Peet’s coffee, and many other terrific touches. It was a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed our 30 day road trip in the ROADTREK we rented from you. The vehicle was very comfortable, easy to drive and got great mileage.. You had thought of everything in stocking it. It had everything you could possibly need in terms of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, spices, linens, towels and cleaning supplies. The vehicle was clean and well organized.

You were able to get ROADTREK on the phone and find a work around solution. We also had an issue with a rock hitting the windshield. I know I was a demanding and difficult client, especially as I’m not familiar with the United States, as things are somewhat different in Singapore. However you showed immense patience, and gave me clear, detailed explanations. And you were so obliging with my ever changing drop off requests.

Your response time to my questions was immediate, even at night and over weekends. Your cheerfulness however was the best thing as I didn’t feel intimidated to ask what must often sound like pretty stupid questions.

We had fun bantering back and forth, and you’ve become a friend. When you come to Singapore, please come stay with me. You have made a really great RV even better!!! Cheers

We joined 100 other campers on two campsites in Big Sur for a wedding this summer. There were friends who have hiked the Himalayas, Naturalists of all kinds….their first reaction to the motorhome was “really?”…..then they went inside and commented on how “cool” the Adventurous was.

Our kid is not comfortable around huge groups and crowds: so it was a “godsend” to have this place for her to retreat to read, watch a DVD, or lounge…come in and out as she liked….”this was our favorite vacation ever”…  Hi Sande! I wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our trip. The van was fantastic—we loved the whole trip. I have been telling everyone about it. I hope that all of my advertising will result in someone booking with you!    The girls have not stopped talking about our trip and the van was the highlight.   Thank you again for everything, Sande. I am so impressed with your drive, initiative, and spirit.   With warm thoughts and hope to do this again some time!

We started off thinking this trip was not going to go so well……it was hot during orientation, I am 6’3” tall, I thought my wife and daughter and I would be suffering for the whole time out of LA and back for the 4th of July. But I’ve got to tell you, we had the BEST time! Family bonding, the great comfort of the motorhome, the thoughtfulness of everything you stocked, the quality, the A/C unit provided comfort and the coolness of the motorhome itself.
We cannot wait to go again…..see you this fall!

Here are some of my thoughts from the trip:  Your orientation and the welcome package information were very useful. Best of all, it was comforting to know we could call you if needed.   From a heat perspective, we enjoyed hook-ups at our Zion Park site. At the Grand Canyon, we managed with the fan as they had restricted hours of generator use. We were restricted to 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Our days were packed with outdoor activities. We didn’t use the awning nor the TV/DVD.   The pod was most helpful.   Wish to have had a drying rack to vent towels and rugs.    “Explorr” made possible our first RV family experience. We learned a lot about dry vs. hook-up camping. Overall, “Explorr” felt safe and comfortable on the road. Hope to use the learnings for future trips.   Warm Regards.

Amber met us at the airport and explained the mechanics of the RV thoroughly where we had no problems with the operation of the vehicle. We didn’t need to open the operating manual! On a smaller note, but so important to me, she told us about a grocery market on our way out of SLC. We were floored with the quality of the market. She is a professional with a caring heart.

Jim, our concierge, burned the midnight oil to come up with an itinerary we followed religiously. With such short notice, he put together accommodations, places to visit, trails to hike and even a grocery shop to replenish our RV. He knows his national parks!

It was our first time RV’ing and it won’t be our last time. You provide an excellent product!

We have been dreaming of purchasing our own Sprinter van and possibly living in it one of these days. To help decide whether we really wanted to do it, we rented a Roadtrek from Sande for a week. We had so much fun we rented two more times in subsequent summers. Each time we felt pampered because the vans are stocked with everything needed to have a outstanding trip. Quick and knowledgeable support was a phone call away whenever we had a question about how to operate the van. Sande is fiercely intelligent, highly technical and runs her business with utmost attention to detail. It had been a pleasure getting to know her all these years!

“Other than a little of the Moab desert along for the ride, everything is in tip top shape. We even weathered up to 40 mph wind gusts while camping! We loved the inverter system with the solar panels. Your 3 day rule of thumb for fresh, black and gray is very accurate for usage without showering. The outside shower was a great feature.
The vehicle is a dream to drive especially with mountain driving and diesel fuel. You have a great company and great business model.”
