We rented a 29 footer MB Sprinter from Sprinter RV Rentals USA traveling between Orange County California and Yosemite National Park in August ‘22. Picking up the sprinter from OC airport to drop off at San Francisco airport was flawless and with very personal touches throughout, especially with help from our coordinator/contact person Sande, at the rental company.

I had a wonderful experience with a Roadtrek Sprinter. It was clean and lovely. It takes a little familiarity to use the Sprinter effectively and Sande was very patient and thorough at explaining the functions. I had a few questions along the way and she always responded to my text messages quickly. She did a few big favors for me: she let me pick up the Sprinter at her house and leave my car there for a week – it was a lot closer than the Reno location and I really appreciated that. But most important, she allowed me to rent the Sprinter for the Burning Man festival. This is a very dusty gathering. She prepared the van with paper coatings to protect against the dust. It was very special for me to go this once, and I could not have done it without the camper.

There were many nice touches – treats, spices, good cooking utensils and things to drink.

We have been dreaming of purchasing our own Sprinter van and possibly living in it one of these days. To help decide whether we really wanted to do it, we rented a Roadtrek from Sande for a week. We had so much fun we rented two more times in subsequent summers. Each time we felt pampered because the vans are stocked with everything needed to have a outstanding trip. Quick and knowledgeable support was a phone call away whenever we had a question about how to operate the van. Sande is fiercely intelligent, highly technical and runs her business with utmost attention to detail. It had been a pleasure getting to know her all these years!

Just a short note of thanks for the enjoyable time in Della. We arrived home Sat evening to a bit warmer temperatures.

Everything about the Sprinter RV Rental program was as advertised, and a credit to you and your staff. The vehicle was perfect, as were the furnishings. Montana works too.

Sande and Amber,

Gary and I couldn’t be happier. It was so convenient that you met us at our hotel this am. We have already fallen in love with Rocky our rig for two weeks. Rocky looks to be in brand new condition. Everything is in beautifully clean ship shape organized order.

Amber’s tutorial was extremely informative thorough friendly and fun.

Both Gary and I feel we know how all the systems work. Understand things to keep an eye on or be careful of when using. I especially appreciated how Amber took the time to set up the table, extra bed,  turned the chairs around, showed us how to set up the awning. Amber even helped us find a good place to spend our first night out. I’m confident that if we have any questions Amber will return our call asap with a quick explanation of what to do.

We spent two weeks out west in the 24′ solar Roadtrek with our two college age daughters this summer. Best vacation ever. Sande and her clan followed through on all expectations and everything went smoothly and beautifully. The Roadtrek was really thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and conveniences that made it easy to cook and live in the campervan. Sande picked us up at the airport and gave us the tour of the Roadtrek. She was just great and patiently answered all our our newbie questions. Lastly, they returned our deposit quickly after our trip was over.

“Other than a little of the Moab desert along for the ride, everything is in tip top shape. We even weathered up to 40 mph wind gusts while camping! We loved the inverter system with the solar panels. Your 3 day rule of thumb for fresh, black and gray is very accurate for usage without showering. The outside shower was a great feature.
The vehicle is a dream to drive especially with mountain driving and diesel fuel. You have a great company and great business model.”
