MERCEDES SPRINTER CAMPER VAN RENTAL PRICING :

WEEKLY

Mercedes Sprinter Van rental pricing (SOLAR campers) includes the following:  1050 included miles; Complete outfitting of bed, bath and kitchen for two persons; pre-departure training and ONE-on-ONE departure day orientation (2 hours), pre-paid cleaning, pre-paid final waste evacuation, and all taxes/fees.

ADD NIGHTS

Add a rental night to any SOLAR Mercedes Sprinter van camper rental- $375 to $440 per night plus tax. Each ADDITIONAL Mercedes Sprinter Camper van rental night includes 150 miles/night.

Insurance

Option #1:
BINDER from your AUTO insurer. Each person’s auto policy and insurer are different. Upon approval to rent, we will give you the required information, and you will contact your insurer and find out if a “binder” can be written on your policy. State Farm and AAA, USAA, Farmers write “binders/riders” for MOST of their policy holders.  You then provide this “binder” from your existing auto insurer to us. The terms of your auto policy will apply to the rental of the motorhome. You are advised to check with your insurance company regarding any applicable auto policy limitations. If there will be multiple drivers, each driver must have a binder in their own name.
Refundable Security Deposit is $2000.

Option #2:
Purchase insurance from our insurer 7 days prior to your departure, average cost per day is $34. There is an administrative fee of $195.00 to use our insurance.  Directions are provided to you upon your rental approval.   Refundable Security Deposit is $2500.

We have been dreaming of purchasing our own Sprinter van and possibly living in it one of these days. To help decide whether we really wanted to do it, we rented a Roadtrek from Sande for a week.
